Personal Leadership Development Plan Bern Prisby OLS 284 at Purdue University Many people, who intend on doing something in their animateness metre, gravel interests, aspirations, and pronenesss that virtually likely pertain directly to whatsoever their goals in life may be. Personally, I have musical com locatey of the three. My unskilled interests entangle playing ice hockey, playing golf, playing music, works out, and enculturation with friends and meeting new people. Aspirations and desires are synonyms with each other, so I can describe them together. My aspirations/desires that I work toward impart virtually likely be changing over change amounts of time; otherwise I would have nothing to plump for. So, my flow aspirations/desires in life are to finish college, followed by obtaining a career. So far those two are culmination on head. Then I hope to black market place up to a very high leadership position that I am happy with in my career, otherwise I will move to another company, or even generate my own. I in addition have a desire to start a family because I want children to be fitting to carry on whatever legacy I take out behind as well as teach them as much as I can. Hopefully, I will be able to watch them give-up the ghost very succeederful and, or so importantly, happy.

Another reason I desire to start a family is because if I achieve my previously stated goals and have success and some wealth, I witness it would be almost nonsensical if I did not have anyone to share it with. I would ask myself successful having achieved al l of these goals and whatever goals I set fo! r myself in the future. My definition of success is accomplishing any goal one sets for them self, or whatever they feel fit for their life, and ultimately achieving whatever makes them happy. In my eyes, the successful public is the man who wakes up with a grimace on his face any day; not the man who wakes up and has the most specie in the world along with all the materialistic items.
